Marianne Vos has claimed victory in the elite women's event at the 2026 UCI Gravel World Championships in Nannup, Western Australia, breaking away to claim the title after rival Rosa Kloser went down close to the line. Dutch riders took charge of the women's competition throughout the muddy course.

Vos was clearly affected by the result, saying the win meant a lot following a difficult season. The result adds another world title to the Dutch veteran's decorated career, with the championship taking place in Australia for the first time.
